Today or a widget shows an unexpected word
The official daily word changes at local midnight. Browsing with Next Word does not replace it. Tap Today while already on the Today tab, or tap the sun button on a constellation widget, to return to the official daily word.
A widget has not refreshed
Open Lexicon once after installing or updating it. If a widget remains stale, remove it from the Home Screen and add it again. iOS ultimately controls widget refresh timing.
Siri does not recognize a Lexicon command
Open My Lexicon → Settings → Siri & Shortcuts for the supported phrases. Beginning with “Use Lexicon to…” can help Siri distinguish the app name.
Notifications do not arrive
Open My Lexicon → Settings → Notifications and confirm the reminder is enabled. If permission was denied, open iPhone Settings and enable notifications for Lexicon.
Page scanning is unavailable
Scanning requires a supported iPhone and camera permission. Words and their original sentences can always be entered manually.
Restore a subscription
Open My Lexicon → Settings → Lexicon Pro → Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase.
